3rd T20I Match Prediction: Bangladesh Versus Pakistan. Who Will Win?

We have come to the last T20I match series between Bangladesh and Pakistan before the upcoming Test matches. Can Bangladesh claw back one victory in this series? Keep reading to find out our cricket match prediction.

Bangladesh Team Preview

The hosts will try everything they can to keep their visitors from securing another win. We have seen Bangladesh stick to the same template for the last two matches, so we are not expecting to see much variation in this last and final match. However, it seems that so far in Pakistan’s tour of Bangladesh, they are being completely outplayed, giving the Men in Green easy wins. However, regarding T20I’s, this is only their second series loss at home since 2018.

Pakistan’s batters are proving a difficulty for Mohammed Mahmudullah’s bowlers with little runs to defend, however, perhaps this is down to pressure rather than lacking skills. Their last defeat can really be pinpointed down to this, so we hope to see some improvement in the final match.

Mustafizur Rahman could be rested due to injury in the second T20I match, after leaving the pitch during play.

Pakistan Team Preview

Pakistan are going into this final match feeling very strong. With two wins under their belt, this is especially poignant being away from home, and they will try to keep this intensity for this final match. However, this does open the opportunity for this match to make some changes to the team through the likes of Usman Qadir, Shahnawaz Dahani, and Ifikhar Ahmed.

Pakistan’s accurate bowlers did a tremendous job at delivering their game plan, and they would continue apply this for the third game. There are plenty of online cricket betting markets such as most sixes, that could be interesting for going into the final match.

Fakhar Zaman (who received Man of the Match) and Mohammed Rizwan played a fantastic partnership resulting in 85 runs, however Zaman will be rested for this match in preparation of the upcoming Tests.

With another 14:00 local time start time at the Shere Bangla Stadium National Stadium, Mirpur, we will see pretty much the same clear weather conditions as the previous two matches. The dry pitch has contributed to the low-scoring encounters we have seen so far in this T20I series. The pitch at this point has taken a bit of a beating, we are sure to see some interesting effects on the ball. Batsmen that aren’t comfortable with spin will find it tough going into this last match.
